Klinik Hazcare is open Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 10.30pm. Walk-ins require no appointment. For comprehensive medical check-ups (MCU), please call ahead for a dedicated slot.

Employee panel arrangements are managed directly with your HR. See Occupational Health for medical surveillance, fitness to work assessments, audiometry, and spirometry.

Occupational Health

Medical surveillance for workers exposed to occupational hazards — noise, chemicals, psychosocial, and ergonomics — handled by JKKP-registered Occupational Health Doctors.

Includes pre-employment screening, audiometry, spirometry, ergonomic assessment, and formal JKKP reporting. Can be conducted at the clinic or at your site.

Third Pillar

Mental Health

Mode: WhatsApp + call
Practitioner: Mental Health doctor & counsellor
Duration: 50 min / session
Privacy: PDPA-strict

There is no pressure to share everything in the first session. You can come just to meet the counsellor — and decide the next step on your own time.

Klinik Hazcare offers counselling by a Mental Health doctor and registered counsellors for individuals, couples, and families. For cases requiring psychiatric treatment, we refer you to the appropriate specialist.

How a session goes

01Reach out via WhatsApp or call the clinic to arrange a session. No need to explain your problem here.
02In the first session (50 minutes), the counsellor gets to know you and listens to what you want to share — nothing more.
03You decide whether to continue, change approach, or stop. No long-term commitment.

Privacy

What you share in the counselling room stays in the counselling room. Counsellors are bound by professional ethics and the law.

Exceptions: risk of suicide, risk of harming others, or child abuse. That is Malaysian law, not our choice.

We built OSH Hazcare for our own occupational health work, and My Neura for the OSH consultancy ASV. Hazcare also built this website and its booking system.
