Klinik Hazcare is open Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 10.30pm. Walk-ins require no appointment. For comprehensive medical check-ups (MCU), please call ahead for a dedicated slot.

Occupational Health

Medical surveillance for workers exposed to occupational hazards — noise, chemicals, psychosocial, and ergonomics — handled by JKKP-registered Occupational Health Doctors.

Includes pre-employment screening, audiometry, spirometry, ergonomic assessment, and formal JKKP reporting. Can be conducted at the clinic or at your site.

Third Pillar

Mental Health

Mode: WhatsApp + call

There is no pressure to share everything in the first session. You can come just to meet the counsellor — and decide the next step on your own time.

Klinik Hazcare offers counselling by a Mental Health doctor and registered counsellors for individuals, couples, and families. For cases requiring psychiatric treatment, we refer you to the appropriate specialist.

How a session goes

01Reach out via WhatsApp or call the clinic to arrange a session. No need to explain your problem here.
02In the first session (50 minutes), the counsellor gets to know you and listens to what you want to share — nothing more.
03You decide whether to continue, change approach, or stop. No long-term commitment.

Privacy

What you share in the counselling room stays in the counselling room. Counsellors are bound by professional ethics and the law.

Exceptions: risk of suicide, risk of harming others, or child abuse. That is Malaysian law, not our choice.
