Klinik Hazcare collects only the minimum personal data needed to provide our services: full name, phone number, and appointment details. Sensitive clinical data is collected only during consultation, not at booking.

- Sending WhatsApp reminders (if you've consented)
- Meeting medical record requirements under Malaysian Ministry of Health regulations
